Fennel is one of the core crops grown across the Rajasthan–Gujarat agricultural belt, an area known for producing seed spices at scale. DEEPARAM sources fennel through direct and local procurement relationships in this region, inspects incoming lots, and supplies it onward to food manufacturers, spice processors and wholesalers who need consistent, well-cleaned material for their own production.
